Believe It or Not

Ripley came to EEC in the late 90’s for David and Amanda Stransky, when they outgrew Ripley, he was purchased in house by Kelly McFarlane. He has numerous championships to his name in everything from equitation to hunters to jumpers. He can be quite “expressive” when at home, but at the shows he settles down and loves his job.

Grace

Gotta Love Me

Grace, aka, Gotta Love Me came to EEC in the late 90’s as a pony for starting rider David Stransky. She went to Indio in 2004, and was sold to a short stirrup rider. When catching up with Grace in 2006, her rider was outgrowing her, but had had championships at Pebble Beach, and has earned ribbons that week not only in Short Stirrup Hunter and Equitation, but also in the pony jumpers. She is quite well know in Southern California, and Francie Steinwedell Carvin was instrumental in her new owner keeping her name.
