Peter Pan

Petey came to Alaska in the winter of 2003 to be Katherine’s jumping pony. She was just coming off of being walk/trot champion, and was starting to jump. She did walk/trot with him his first summer and ended up reserve champion! The next year she did the short stirrup and received ribbons at all the horse shows, and when she could get the canter, she won her hacks. Her last summer with Petey before she got too big for him, she was Champion for year end in the Beginning Jumpers and Reserve Champion at Zone Finals for the Pony Hunters. Petey went down to California in 2007 where he was sold to teach another young girl how to jump.

Gusto

Gus came to Alaska from California in spring of 2006, he competed with his owner, Dana Tower, and won Junior Hunter. In 2007 he returned to show in California at the Thermal circuit. He received ribbons and returned home where he was champion for Juniors, Regular, Green and Reserve Champion for Level 3 jumpers. Gus and Dana also qualified for the ASH Medal Finals class, and received the Skookum Award for 2007, presented to the horse with the most points over fences at ASH rated horse shows.

Edelweiss

Liesl was purchased in late 2005 for use in our show horse lesson program. She has been leased since then and was State Open Hunter Champion in 2006 and 2007, as well as 3rd in Level 0 Jumper and 4th in the highly competitive Modified Children’s/Adult Hunter in the lessee’s first year showing.

Prince Charming

Since being purchased by Helen Adams, Harry has gone on to win State and Zone Championships in Junior, Open, and Regular Hunters. He was a Medal top-two Finalist.

Juniper

Owned by Elizabeth Johnson, Juniper has been a Champion in the Junior and Green Hunters.
